What is the HER’D?

I have been aware of the main problems women face when it comes to their overall wellbeing for quite sometime now;

  1. The lack of spare time

  2. The inability of full commitment

  3. The worry of financial cost

  4. The stresses of life cock-blocking their personal wellbeing

  5. The lack of knowledge of where to even begin

I have been trying to find a way to help women FEEL better physically and mentally whilst tackling all the limitations of above - and I’ve created the The HER’D.

The HER’D is not a weight loss group, it is a wellbeing community!

The HER’D is strongest together; a weekly class, a monthly seminar and knowledge, advice, motivation and tasks throughout each month - no additional stress, no overwhelm, just simple steps in the pursuit of improving your health, your energy and your radiance.

 

Who belongs in the HER’D?

WOMEN.

Women who want to feel better physically and mentally.

Women who have been lacking self-focus.

Women who can’t commit to a full time coach but want accountability.

Women who want to feel part of something bigger.

What to expect in the HER’D?

A Whatsapp platform where I will post links to:

  • A LIVE seminar once per month to discuss the main pillars of your wellbeing; nutrition, exercise, mindset and sleep. To teach, to listen, to advise, to motivate and to set you each small tasks in the pursuit of elevating your wellbeing. This will take place on the first Monday of every month at 7.30pm. The recording of our seminar will be available in the group if you cannot attend live.

  • A LIVE class once per week to get you moving; this will be anything from yoga, stretching, HIIT, circuits - exercise in some form is essential! The day/time of the movement class will alter each week to ensure as many women get the opportunity to join me live at least once throughout the month. The recording of our class will be available in the group if you cannot attend live.

  • A COMMUNITY of women with the same intention as you, to do a LITTLE something to feel a LOT better!

This is a way to implement a dose of fitness and wellbeing into your life without the time pressures or the financial limitation.

I do NOT promise huge body transformations, but they may come. I do NOT promise huge lifestyle transformations, but they may come. 

This is a safe space that aims to boost how you FEEL through a weekly dose of YOU time; a drop of self-focus in the midst of the hectic and fast paced life that we try to keep up with.
