Becoming HER - About the Programme
An 8 week programme to coach YOU through body, lifestyle and mindset transformations.
No more fad dieting and no more ‘all or nothing’ approaches, this programme is designed to teach you all you need to know so you have the knowledge for life with no confusion.
I cover each aspect of wellness to ensure each client looks, and FEELS at their best;
Community - You never feel alone. A group of like-minded women quickly become your support network throughout the journey. We have a welcome meeting, a Facebook group and also a Whatsapp group to ensure a real community feel, this is a key aspect of the programme and having cheerleaders alongside you is extremely powerful!
Nutrition - I run nutrition workshops to educate you on how to lose weight without over-restriction, how to eat the foods you enjoy and how to successfully “diet” and banish all fads for good. I provide EXAMPLE nutrition plans tailored to each clients macro and calorie goal for guidance and ideas, but the essential aspect is that I coach you through how to be in control of your OWN daily food choices whilst remaining in alignment with your goal -this is the most important tool for longevity! I devise healthy recipes in the group and am on hand for as much support as needed.
Training/Exercise - I speak with each client individually to understand starting points and preferences in order to devise a training or exercise programme that will work for you. Whether it is a home plan or a gym plan, I write a programme that is both enjoyable and realistic for your lifestyle whilst getting maximum results.
Live HIIT Workouts - I run 2 live HIIT workouts per week via zoom; 7am Monday to start the week right, and 7am Friday to head into the weekend feeling great! All live workouts are recorded and sent to you to complete in your own time if needed. No equipment is needed, they last no longer than 45 mins and I guarantee you will enjoy training with your girls and progressing in your fitness each week!
Mindset - Dieting from a negative headspace is destined for failure. Mindset is an essential factor for successful lifestyle and body transformations that should never be overlooked. So throughout the programme I run seminars once per week via zoom, Monday evenings at 8pm. I run through your wins from the week, pick up on any issues that are highlighted and give mindset tasks to ensure mindset is not neglected and you are achieving personal growth as well as physical results.
Accountability - Each client will check-in once per week using an online form to document how each week has gone. From weight tracking (if applicable) to sleep quality, to training adherence, to non-scale victories and wins. It is your chance to reflect on the week and to set goals for the upcoming week based on what needs improvement. From all check-ins I devise the seminar content to ensure all wins are celebrated as a group and any highlighted issues are addressed.
1-2-1 Progress call - When reaching midway of the programme, I conduct a 1-2-1 coaching call with each client individually to assess progress so far and address any areas that need particular attention going forwards. We discuss strengths and weaknesses and work together to set achievable goals for the remainder of the programme.
End of Programme Meet Up - Once we have a community of HER women who have been alongside each other through an amazing journey, we celebrate in style in our Becoming HER t-shirts! Each meet up is different and I usually decide on the activity once I have created the relationship with my clients to ensure it is something that everyone will enjoy! The meet ups are very powerful as we get to celebrate our lifestyle, body and mindset transformations and meet friends that we have already bonded with!
